Live Cooking Classes

Mark Chong Cooking Mastery’s live cooking classes are for people in Jamaica wanting to sharpening their cooking skills.

These classes are for learning local and international dishes. We’re a Jamaican catering service passionate about cooking. But, we’re extending our passion beyond catering. So, we’re offering people cooking classes for making meals themselves.

Classes are held in our culinary lab in Kingston. We will provide the recipes and tools. Plus, an instructor for walking attendees through the lessons.
