Mark Chong’s Cooking Mastery offers live cooking classes for a variety of cuisine types. Classes are hosted at the Cooking Mastery Kitchen for persons to have the full mastery experience.  Attendees will have full access to recipes, equipment and tools to help with their culinary instruction and their overall mastery experience. Live cooking classes allows attendees to learn from instructors and other attendees. After our live cooking classes, attendees should feel confident and well informed to prepare their own masterpieces.
